Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Strategic Oversight:

  4. Regulatory Compliance and Intellectual Property:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Requirements:

    • A Doctoral-level degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a relevant scientific field, such as biology, chemistry, physics, or a related discipline, is required.
  • Professional Experience:

    • At least 10+ years of leadership experience in a scientific or research-driven organization will be required, with a proven track record of driving scientific strategy and R&D success.
    • Extensive experience in developing and overseeing large-scale research projects will be necessary.
    • A history of successful collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders will be expected.
  • Core Competencies:

    • Strong leadership and management abilities will be necessary, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation.
    • Exceptional communication skills will be required, with the ability to clearly articulate complex scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • A deep understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical standards in research will be needed.
    • Proven ability to manage scientific intellectual property, including patenting and licensing, will be necessary.
