Key Responsibilities

Lead research and development of novel reagents, kits, and laboratory consumables for life science and biomedical research.

Manage and supervise multiple research projects and interdisciplinary teams.

Develop and implement strategic R&D plans within Beyotime’s integrated research platform.

Guide resource allocation and project execution in a dynamic research environment.

Introduce and expand advanced technical capabilities to support future scientific innovations.
Required Qualifications
-
Ph.D. in Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Research experience in areas such as immunology, neuroscience, tumor biology, microbiology, molecular biology, cell biology, genetics, epigenetics, metabolism, chemical biology, drug discovery, AI/bioinformatics, biosensors, or biochips.

Strong interest in R&D of life science research tools and technologies.

Ability to work independently with strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with advanced technologies such as CRISPR, single-cell sequencing, high-throughput sequencing, de novo protein design, metabolomics, biosensors, optogenetics, or biochip technologies.

Postdoctoral or research experience in leading international research institutions or biotech companies.
