The selected candidate will contribute to the Collaborative Research Centre 1450 “Insight – Multiscale Imaging of Organ-Specific Inflammation.” A quantitative MRI approach is to be developed and applied, with a database of simulated and experimental MR data of tissue and single cells to be established for characterising immune cell dynamics in murine models of inflammation and cancer. Contrast-enhanced MRI will be combined with computer simulations of image contrast and mass spectrometric imaging of tissue samples and single cells. Nature Careers
