About Sentcell LTD:

Founded in 2019 by Prof. Dr. Alessio Lanna in the UK, Sentcell LTD has rapidly established itself as one of the leading biotech innovators in the field of immune rejuvenation.

Our work stems from the recognition that T lymphocytes, particularly CD4+ cells, are central to the aging process across all organs. However, despite their pivotal role, no T cell rejuvenation therapies currently exist—a gap that Sentcell is determined to fill.

🔬 Discover the “sMAC” macromolecular complex, the key driver of T cell aging (Lanna et al., Nature Immunology, 2014 & 2017).
🧬 Unveil a novel anti-aging mechanism involving telomere transfer via extracellular vesicles (Lanna et al., Nature Cell Biology, 2022).
💊 Develop the first-ever drug, “DOS,” capable of reversing T cell aging, remodeling the immune system, and driving systemic rejuvenation (Lanna et al., under consideration).

A Unique Opportunity to Be Part of Translational Innovation:

The first-in-human clinical trial of DOS is set to launch in the UK in 2025, offering an unparalleled research environment. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience spanning target identification, drug discovery, and clinical translation, directly contributing to transformative medical advancements.

Join and be at the cutting edge of immune rejuvenation research, helping to shape the future of medicine.
