Required Qualifications & Experience

PhD in Bioinformatics, Data Science, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or related field

Strong programming skills (Python, Perl, C/C++, Java, R)

Expertise in machine learning and deep learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn)

Experience with multi-omics, NGS (Illumina, PacBio, Oxford Nanopore), imaging data

Knowledge of supervised/unsupervised learning, transformers, CNNs, RNNs

Linux, shell scripting (bash), HPC/cloud computing

SQL and relational databases

Strong publication record in high-impact journals

Excellent communication skills

Fluency in English
Experience in clinical or hospital-affiliated research settings is an advantage.
