In 2024, Uttara University produced 43 research publications indexed in Web of Science, with the vast majority (93%) being journal articles. The research mainly spans multidisciplinary sciences, materials science, and nanotechnology. Every publication included authors from Bangladesh, reflecting strong domestic involvement, while international collaboration was evident with countries like Saudi Arabia, China, and Japan. The top contributing researchers were Mohammed Muthanna, Nilufer Yesmin Tanisa, and Mohammad Motiur Rahman. Elsevier emerged as the leading publisher, accounting for around 40% of the output, followed by Wiley and Taylor & Francis.
