Requirements

Strong academic background in RNA Therapeutics, Cell and Molecular Biology, Oncology, Genomics, or closely related fields

Ph.D. (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline

Proven research experience demonstrated through publications

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a research team

Excellent communication and organizational skills
