Observations:
  1. Management and Business dominate the research focus, reflecting a strong interest in organizational and economic studies.

  2. The majority of publications are indexed in ESCI, indicating growing visibility but limited representation in higher-tier indices.

  3. A small group of researchers contribute disproportionately, highlighting key research leaders in Bangladesh.

Questions:
  1. What strategies could increase Bangladeshi publications in higher-tier indices like SSCI and SCI-Expanded?

  2. How can research in underrepresented areas like Agriculture or Engineering be encouraged?

  3. What collaborations exist between Bangladeshi researchers and other leading countries, and how can they be expanded?

Bangladesh shows strong growth in EMERALD Group publications, particularly in Management and Business, but there is room to diversify research areas and improve visibility in top-tier citation indices.
