Research Publication Trends of HSTU in Web of Science, 2025.
A bibliometric overview of publication output, collaboration patterns, research categories, and publishing trends.

In 2025, Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University (HSTU) demonstrated a strong research presence in Web of Science-indexed journals with a total of 222 publications, all affiliated with Bangladesh. The majority of publications were original research articles (86.036%), while review articles and early access papers also contributed notably. Research activities were highly multidisciplinary, with major contributions in multidisciplinary sciences, food science and technology, environmental sciences, veterinary sciences, and plant sciences. International collaboration was significant, particularly with Saudi Arabia, the USA, South Korea, Australia, Malaysia, and China. Elsevier, Springer Nature, and Wiley emerged as the leading publishers for HSTU researchers. Several researchers, including Md. Alamgir Hossain and Md. Palash Uddin, showed high publication productivity. The data indicate that HSTU is increasingly expanding its research visibility, interdisciplinary engagement, and global academic collaboration through high-impact, indexed publications.
