In 2025, the Institute of Food Science Technology (IFST) produced 69 Web of Science-indexed publications, with research strongly concentrated in Food Science Technology (20; 28.986%), followed by Chemistry Multidisciplinary (10; 14.493%), Multidisciplinary Sciences (8; 11.594%), Materials Science Multidisciplinary (7; 10.145%), and Chemistry Applied (5; 7.246%). The publication portfolio was dominated by original Articles (63; 91.304%), while Review Articles accounted for 5.797% and Corrections for 2.899%. Bangladesh was associated with all 69 publications, with substantial international collaboration involving Malaysia, the USA, Australia, Saudi Arabia, China, and several other countries. Research contributions were led by Dey, Subarna Sandhani (12 publications), Miah, Roney (9), and Bashar, M. S. (8). Elsevier was the dominant publisher, accounting for 38 publications (55.072%), followed by Wiley, the Royal Society of Chemistry, and Springer Nature.
