King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) is inviting applications for the KAUST Global Fellowship Program (KGFP) – Postdoctoral Fellowship, Call 2027. The fellowship is designed for outstanding final-year PhD candidates and early-career postdoctoral researchers who want to develop an independent research program in an internationally leading research environment. Qualifications:
Applicants should generally be:

- Able to provide two referees who can assess their potential for independent research
- Willing to relocate to KAUST, Thuwal, Saudi Arabia

Stage 1 – Concept Note:
Applicants should prepare:
- CV — maximum 4 pages
- 3-page research concept note
- Up to 3 potential KAUST host PIs
- Two reference letters
Eligible applications will subsequently be reviewed by KAUST faculty for potential hosting.
Stage 2 – Full Proposal:
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to submit a full proposal for internal and external review, followed by a final interview and selection by the Vice President for Research.
